I Act Awkward Around The Guy I Fancy

rose Ion (218): That little Raupe Nimmersatt (2006)

(Cover: Amazon.de )

This film adaptation of the 1969 children's book classic by Eric Carle nicely complements the printed edition, as inserted by the side holes, the haptic perception and development of young children promotes. My son likes both options, the DVD also shines with an excellent background music, the unobtrusive classical music (composed by Julian Nott , who was responsible even for the kneading cult series "Wallace & Gromit" ) closer.

A total of five episodes (each with a length of about 7 minutes and therefore suitable for the short attention of small audience) follow in their bright colors and the whimsical look of the printed document and are in a kind of cut-out animation film using a mixture of painting and apparently cracked colored paper shaped fragments. All without the hustle and abrupt movements, which makes for good intelligibility. The highlight is of course the story about the greedy hungry caterpillar, the chrysalis for a week and slips durchfutterten as a beautiful butterfly. However, "Daddy, please get me the moon from the sky," "The little cricket sings her song," "Chameleon Motley "and" I paint a song "know their own and different ways to convince. A special congratulations to Speaker Stephen Schwartz for the emotional intonation of the lyrics!

are technically be criticized enough. The stories are indeed" only "in Dolby Digital 2.0 before, but does it really high-end sound in children's entertainment? Rather, the rather short running length of the DVD is to be regretted, the loving style makes here but everything worthwhile over. It may very well to buy be an and DVD advised varying the partial translation of the original text, however, could lead to many irritations. Therefore, besides the already mentioned shortly, very light trigger, which of course changes nothing in an absolute buy recommendation.
